We are SEW excited to take our popular fashion design summer camp back to Carlow for the fourth year! This year we will return for camp at Scoil Mhuire Gan Smal, Carlow. Students will have lots of fun meeting new friends and learning how to use the sewing machine. We have lots of new projects lined up for the advanced sewer too! All students will create fun designs to take home.
Our summer camps focus on teaching boys and girls aged between 6-13 years the principles of sewing and design through sketching, pattern reading and sewing machine operation. No experience is required and all machines, fabrics and supplies are provided during the summer camps.
*Each student uses their own sewing machine and tools for the week within their own pod.

Greystones Summer Camp August 18
Dear Joanne ,
My son Andrew is 17 and is starting a little summer job tomorrow and his trousers are too long …… I was on my way to buy a pair but Lilla has taken them up for him and I’m thrilled to bits !!!!!!
It has taken her the bones of five hours but she did it ……. it’s all down to you and Rebecca so thank you very very much for having patience and teaching her a skill that I don’t have , but one that she is thoroughly enjoying .

Hi Joanne,
Sarah and the girls had an absolutely fabulous party. They so enjoyed using the sewing machines and loved their little cushions. The 2 girls were so helpful and kind to us all.
We really enjoyed the party and hopefully will see you all again sometime in the future.
