1.0 Refund Policy
Cancellations made up to 10 days before the camp/course begins will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 10 days before the camp/course.
1.1 Transfer Policy
Transfers will be accommodated as long as there is room in the class. If you or your child is feeling unwell, please keep your child at home. We will make up the class at the next opportunity.
Sew Fun Studios reserves the right to cancel or defer any programme subject to demand. Upon cancellation or deferment, Sew Fun Studios will transfer your booking to the rescheduled date or offer a full refund.
1.3 Class Conduct
Sew Fun Studios reserves the right to release, without refund, any student whose behaviour becomes unmanageable. This action will not be taken without warnings. No children will be allowed to intentionally harm any other person or property while class is in session.
Sew Fun Studios is not responsible for damages or loss of any personal property while at a class.
1.4 Child Health
We will require details of your child’s medical, health and behavioural conditions prior to commencing a Sew Fun Studios programme.
Child safety is our first priority. Sew Fun Studios instructors are individuals who have a great interest and ability in teaching Sew Fun Studios programmes to students in an exciting way. Each instructor is trained in teaching specific lessons involving the themes in the programmes. In addition, all instructors are Garda vetted.
1.6 Take Homes
Due to the high cost of fabric and supplies, students are permitted to take home only projects created during their session. Additional fabrics and supplies remain the property of Sew Fun Studios.
We recommend all children bring a small snack and drink as we take a short break during the camps. We do ask you not to pack any foods containing nuts as we have seen a growing number of nut allergies in the camps. Your cooperation in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
